all of the staff were friendly and very helpful. the breakfast menu offers many foods that will satisfy every palate. it was amazing!!!
the bar was always empty. it was rare to find someone to serve you there. the dining room felt soulless.

good breakfast pillow hardness balcony privacy small pool inattentive staff
the location is super!!! the breakfast was good too. you can even request mattresses and pillows of different hardness, how amazing is that?
i found that the privacy on each balcony on the ground floor was lacking. the common areas seemed small. this includes the pool, gym, and spa. the staff, except for the gentleman at reception, were not very attentive!!!
